I'm a front-end developer based in Portland, Oregon, and I'm passionate about building fast, responsive,
and accessible web applications. I've always felt drawn to the visual, detail-oriented problem solving that working on the front end requires.
In my work, I prioritize semantic HTML and web accessibility, use modern frameworks like React and Vue
to build modular and reusable code, write clean JavaScript and TypeScript to build web experiences
optimized for performance, and utilize modern CSS practices like Flexbox and CSS Grid to ensure my
code is responsive and performs consistently across all viewports and browsers.
Other than coding, I love hanging out with my cat Junebug, painting, gaming with friends,
trying new restaurants around the city, and searching for the best sour beer in the PNW.
Grab A Cone is a digital storefront concept website for an ice cream shop in my hometown. It features a typical home page with information about the business, then a second page that displays images of ice cream flavors the shop offers in filtered categories "Seasonal" and "Vegan".
Task Tracker is an application where its users can write tasks, have them sorted into categories based on the task's due date, then edit, delete, or complete them. The tasks are saved on each user's individual browser.
BogBot is a Discord entertainment application where users play the Rattlin' Bog drinking game. Users utilize Discord's slash commands in their server to start the Rattlin' Bog song. All players in the voice channel are notified when it is their turn. Players can pause + play the song and choose from different turn modes.
